Why do i keep fainting and passing out?

Fainting or passing out might be funny when it happens in the movies, but when it is happening to you, then there is no room for laughter. If anything, it can be downright scary. When one moment you are going about your usual routine and the next thing you know, BAM! you collapse

This article aims to give a comprehensive overview of fainting – what causes it? And why should anyone bother trying to understand this phenomenon.

The Feeling Of Fear

If there’s one thing that could match up with how much we dislike COVID19 (no offense), then my best guess would be temporary loss of vision or passing out from standing too fast or even worse: fake bravado. You rise up from your bed/couch/table/doormat…whatever surface supports you- get hit by an imaginary truck moving at top speed-rushed into a pool only capable of making us more anxious.

What Exactly Is Fainting?

You may have witnessed videos where people lose consciousness as like they have fainted on terrain that makes them look stupid than valid victims (Guilty!). But what exactly did they just go through?

When someone faints, their brain experiences oxygen deprivation through insufficient blood flow causing unconsciousness which leads to temporary loss of muscle function affecting movement control so victims usually slump down (It means- KO’d)
So technically speaking short periods are beyond our control- which implies unbearable discomfort during recollection and the aftermath

But do not fret; help has arrived! We will now breakdown causative factors throwing shades at some unusual ones too(something about this approach just feels off 🙂 ).

Dehydration Or Heat Stroke:

On summer afternoon walks around nature reserves or regular errands in high temperature environments; dehydration kicks in inducing low fluid volume within internal organs leading surprising dropsin blood pressure levels . Yeiks!

Low Blood Sugar:

Do you love your sugar? Well, embrace those doctors’ visits unless it’s some sort of addiction-wise choice. Low glucose readings can lead to something known as hypoglycemia and this increases your chances of fainting among other deadly outcomes.

Heart Disease or Arrhythmias:

Heart diseases that affect the blood flow towards essential organs(hearts functioning is tetchy stuff) should be taken seriously as Oxygen deprivation is sure to follow.

Sleep Deprivation Or Dozing Off Due To Stress:

Before sounding like getting enough sleep won’t suffice don’t worry! Phew- your internal friends hold down certain instinctive positions in shutting down connections from the environment when rest mode kicks in thereby taking blood outta lower body regions to aid digestion resulting into insufficient force sent upward with stress levels soaring along-some unforeseen chain reactions occur (talk about playing themselves).

What Can One Do About It?

In any event where we have lost our coordination; Here are a few recommendations:

  • Get sufficient amounts of water – fluids count too.
  • Stick with healthier diet regimes if prone
  • Sufficient dosages for prescribed medications else notify trusted physicians immediately(if you already haven’t fired them).
  • Adequate exercise- ensures that pumping process remains at optimal function levels.

Conclusion

Nobody stays immune through life—minor issues may exist although managing them early on always means one has won half the battle. If symptoms persist repeatedly or worsen, then for pharaohs sake consult a doctor, ahem…that was not supposed to turn out so serious.

We hope you stay safe, and thoroughly enjoy what’s left of 2021 by staying hydrated(refusing alcohol alters nothing). With this knowledge arsenal hanging around I sign off!(Smiles like she knows more!)
