When i make a fist it hurts?

Although punching people who disagree with you is very tempting, (we get it – truth hurts), try avoiding unnecessary excess stressors placed on hands by performing yoga postures or other therapeutic hand movements being careful neither overdoing nor underdoig these actions excessively stressing tendons/joints causing further strife/suffering.
