What to do when asthma acts up?

Living with asthma can be quite the adventure. One moment you may feel like a champ conquering miles on your bike, and the next thing you know, you’re wheezing louder than an asthmatic walrus.

  2. Breathe out completely.
  3. Place mouthpiece between teeth and firm seal over lips.
    4.
