The best way to manage your hay fever is by avoiding triggers altogether:

Outdoor avoidance:

  • Stay indoors during high pollen count days.
  • Wear wrap-around sunglasses and face masks when outside.

Indoor avoidance :

– Wash bedding in hot water once a week.
– Use mite-proof covers on pillows, mattresses and comforters

2.Medications

There are several over-the-counter (OTC) medication options available for managing Hay Fever:
