What causes clot in brain?

You’ve probably heard it before – that popping sound when you crack your knuckles causes arthritis, using your phone too much can give you cancer, and drinking coffee after 2 pm can cause insomnia. But what about brain clots? This serious condition happens when blood flow to the brain is suddenly interrupted by a clot either blocking or interrupting an artery in the brain that supplies oxygen and vital nutrients.

Brain clots are no joke unless you have a witty sense of humor like me. In this article, I’ll be exploring some silly reasons one might get this condition. From eating chocolate to sleeping all day (yes, really), we’re sure to tickle your funny bone with unexpected ways people end up hospitalized from something seemingly incidental.

Chocolate: Oh So Sweet but Deadly?

We never thought chowing down on our favorite candy could lead us to intensive care, but hold on tight because things could easily take an unexpected turn. Cocoa flakes contain high levels of flavanol compounds that help dilate blood vessels — yet isn’t effective enough not to make somehow increase blood viscosity (the tendency for substances in blood such as platelets or proteins known as plasma-coagulating factors) which exacerbates the development of some blood vessel diseases including strokes from any cranial arteries including those supplying parts of our brains leading them susceptible to a clot forming ever so quickly.

Previous studies estimate that eating at least two pieces of pure darkness daily lowers your risk factor; however large quantities due tend actually elevate risks especially when combined with other avoidable variables e.g smoking , lack f exercising etc .

To curb these possible outcomes though since most dark chocolate has already been processed leaving less cacao extract going for bars made entirely out raw cocoa : still expensive/scarcely uncommon in stores plus taste isn’t particularly appealing even for die-hard health enthusiasts – opting for the leading option is a cheaper and (sometimes) tastier alternative

Cigar aficionado Vs. Brain Clots: You Think?

If you dabbled into every John Grisham novel, wore slick suits with suspenders and loved to quote classic movies line-by-line whilst chomping on fat cigars – chances are, cigar smoking might be creeping up as root cause of brain clots hence turning what’s usually enjoyed during celebratory occasions or a big break from work could end quite problematic due to their two-pronged damage aspect. Not only do they vasoconstrictors but also include more nicotine than cigarettes dispel them to believe that switching over would make things better if limiting exposure in general isn’t practicable.

Common sense, really. Nicotine found inside tobacco reduces blood flow by causing arteries to constrict which becomes worse when combined these with cigarillo style black & milds plus some Cuban rolled pieces can irritate internal lining causing overproduction sticky molecules increasing likelihood of forming clots.

Moreover in addition even non-smokers who smoke occasionally e.g passive/secondhand smokers face risks too because once involved involuntarily , irritating substances such as carbon monoxide from the burning cheroot + other chemicals… clog normal activity going respiratory then gradually impairs all circulatory functions including cerebral circulation ultimately ending p in stroke.

So maybe lay off those stogies; sadly Humphrey Bogart was wrong – this time it was dangerous.

Sleep Too Much

Ah! Sleeping till noon feels Heaven sent especially after intense late-night activities . But dare we say your lethargy just ruined your day? Oversleeping has numerous effects on our health within context body’s inner balance doesn’t favor early sleeping habits.

Asides potential weight gain risk factors coupled shorter attention spans having an increased overall mortality rate later down life—it increases the likelihood of developing cardiovascular diseases due changes going on inside our bodies e.g blood pressure, insulin resistance , vascular issues – all potential triggers.

When excessive hours of slumbering are undertaken the body is conditioned to switch over default modes ultimately thickening/ increasing viscosity that clot more easily making it dangerously close for a blockage to form.

It’s okay not to be able to get up at 6 am every day like Ron swanson from Parks and recreation perhaps you could set a schedule for consistent wake-up times just as they do in rehab centers?

Lord Help Us: Stress

Mac ‘n’ Cheese with bacon bits is no doubt magnificent 🙌🏾 but if getting frequent headaches feel grumpy or have trouble sleeping – chances are likely that stress might be triggering brain clots. Prolonged mental exertion, chronic exposure going through traumatic events (even mild day-to-day challenges) can push our bodies beyond limits; leading fluctuations across vital parameters such as effect on hormones including cortisol, adrenaline/all conventional body functions breakdown significantly affecting nourishment cycles available in working memory sections responsible areas before impacting cerebral artery functionality or even vessel walls themselves due muscular tissue tensing clogs flowing less fluidly towards certain parts ultimately ending turning into blocks/clotting.

If You find yourself reaching breaking point ☝️+ small tips like exercise , contemplation & yoga aren’t cutting in maybe an extended vacation may do the trick ? That + some macaroni wouldn’t hurt your mood anymore would it ? 👀

Soda Lovers Beware!

Might we just say carbonated soda doesn’t quench thirsts contrary expectations instead promotes dehydration by preventing uptake required nutrients thereby promoting abnormal formation depending substances known coagulants which connect eventually developing blood stickier allowing likelihood clot occurrence breakneck speeds?

As scary as this seems, don’t run out yet and give up having Pepsi Cola time altogether. In fact many enjoyed with only minor risks associated such as taking into account excessive amounts at a time, lack of physical exercise overweight not unlike those who consume several soft drinks daily accompanying junk food. Soft drinks can be used sparingly but quaffing down bottles all day every day is an alarming practice.

Conclusion

It’s quite amazing to realize how some things that we generally assume safe and normal could quickly turn against us without proper examination. Chocolate, cigars, too much sleep, stress and carbonated soda — these obscure culprits may cause brain clots! Rather than fall prey to their seemingly harmless allurements; you should strive for moderation with whatever activity or substance put forth before consuming especially when exposing yourself to avoidable risks.

So keep your head up (literally), avoid inactivity which all facilitate the formation blockages.. and by all means be extra vigilant.
