Snap stunning sparkler shots with iPhone!

We all know that when the festivities and celebrations are in full swing, we have a excuse to capture every moment of joy, happiness and excitement with our cameras. As lovely as it is to go around capturing moments on camera, there’s something about Christmas lights that beckons you for more. They’re like little beacons of joy twinkling away. If you wanna level up your sparkle-game this festive season then buckle up! We’ll take you through everything from setting up the best shots to editing them.

Lights AND Camera

Yeah – so growing up we were taught that it takes two hands to clap but when taking sparkling photos with an iPhone YOU need step forward ‘boldly‘. Here’s what you do:

1) Take your iPhone (DUH!!)

2) Click on your camera app

3) Choose a night-time mode

4) Turn OFF the flash (I mean who uses flash anyway..duh effing duh)

5) Wait for darkness to fall over slay yourselves some stunning shots.

If there’s one thing everyone loves, it’s pretty glowing things at party time and if there’s another thing people love too much probably annoying other people with their photos (not cool)
then its HOLIDAY lights because they’re perfect models even though they’re not alive or real 🙂
So really—when providing enough light yourself isn’t always possible; utilizing sources like holiday decor already put into place will make sure those special moments won’t be missed easily by being stuck behind or buried under bad illumination.

Now let me tell y’all- why focus on actual compositions? I’ll give Y’ALL just 3 reasons right off my head: ELEVATION | ALTITUDE | ANGLE.
You want easy pointers??? Sure… here are some tips which guarantee fantastic results:

1.Reportedly, some of the best shots are taken at eye-level. Try using the depth effect photo mode a lot – you’ll get a much more theatrical image that pushes further into the background.

2.(MOST IMPORTANT SO PAY ATTENTION YO!) LINE UP YOUR SHOTS HORRIZONTALLY (REFRAIN from taking diagonal lines because they’re goofy and may have made sense in elementary schools art classes only) slowly moving your camera left to right for past Christmas trees allows for larger amounts of flickering lights in each frame.

What exactly is it about sparkling photos that make you feel so warm on holidays? It must be subconscious isn’t it..that feeling when being swaddled by twinkling lights everywhere creates such an approachable ambience. In essence bringing out those nostalgia-filled memories
So this year why not take advantage of our predicament by making these emotional connections even stronger?

Let’s Get Started with Editing

Although traditionally believed editing makes everything fake but my dear reader- what fun would anything be without enhancing and upping things a little?

1) For start-ups try opening up SNAPSEED (Hot tip: The app provides all basic filters required)

2)Click on TUNE IMAGE> adjust brightness/contrast settings until justttt right! A pro-tip would be to slightly increase values for shadows specifically allowing them pop-out from the rest.

3)Enhance details via DETAILS menu if ya want those sparkso glowy boo 😉

4)Vignette option too brings emphasis towards content centering personal preferences before jumping ahead.

Oh BTW Bokeh- sounds impressive no?? 😀 Its actually just blurrr used creativelyyyyyyy.
The elements leading towards creating bokehtastic shots lie mainly within iPhone itself;keep shooting till your eyes hurt!! Seriously!!!

Aaahhhh I’m spent…I’m done here y’all–so get snapping & don’t forget to tag me in your clicks 😛
