Is the z pack a strong antibiotic?

Zithromax (azithromycin), also known as Z-Pak, is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and infections of the ears, lungs and other organs. First approved by the FDA in 1991 to treat certain respiratory and skin infections, its use has since expanded to include a wide variety of bacterial infections.
