Why is Subutex vs Suboxone? The main difference between Subutex and Suboxone is in regard to their abuse potential. Due to the presence of naloxone, Suboxone may be less likely to be abused. As a result, this may be the best choice for those suffering from severe addictions or those who have been through treatment before and relapsed.

When to take Subutex? Is Suboxone stronger than morphine? Suboxone is NOT 400 times stronger than Morphine. It’s around 30-40 times stronger… My advice is to stay on the subs, you have shown signs of addiction by trying to double dose, (Which by the way I did too) so now that you know it doesn’t do anything really there will be no need to keep trying.

Is Suboxone good for pain? Suboxone contains buprenorphine, a narcotic used to treat moderate to severe chronic pain, and naxolone. It most often is used for opiate detoxification, as you know. It can be used for pain relief preferred by some as it doesn’t give as intense a “high” as some other narcotics.
