Is soy sauce dairy free?

But ultimately play around with different alternatives based personal tolerance levels— since liquid amino acids,Bragg Aminos more commonly called can be decent alternative but saltier w/o umami depth found formal name sake.

Here are a few more substitutes to try:

  1. Coconut Aminos (a wispy secret among some paleo fanatics)
  2. Worcestershire Sauce(Besides being difficult pronounce correctly,it actually derived anchovies + and added sugar ingredients)
  3. Oyster Sauce(made from real oysters, fish sauce soy sauce), but contains shellfish

As you can see there are plenty of options for dairy-free soy sauce substitutes – you just need to take a little time to find the one that works best for your taste buds.
