What is chronic Indecision?

Chronic Indecision is diagnosed after an individual fails repeatedly at making long-term life goals/successful self-regulation or if one finds themselves constantly struggling over seemingly mundane decisions.

Indecisiveness differs from procrastination wherein there may not really by any internal coherence about certain necessities yet failing occurs because they leave required complex tasks hanging undone for too long.

So why does someone develop chronic Indecision?

The causes range from anxiety disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) ,depression,lack confidence,fear or difficulty processing information .Indecisiveness rooted in perfectionism often lead these difficulties – that every option must be examined comprehensively throwing us into disarray when given numerous alternatives with equal appeal amongst other causes

Another theory suggests people who have grown apart from themselves–whether via self-in diament or repeated traumatic incidents- may lose their sense of identity and with it, their capacity for coherence; hence constant battle with anxiety issues ensues whilst weighing options .
