How to relieve the feeling of throwing up?

We’ve all been there – that sharp, sour feeling in our stomach that makes us feel like we’re about to lose last night’s dinner. Whether it’s due to a bad hangover, motion sickness or just an upset stomach, throwing up is never fun. But fear not! We’ve gathered some tips and tricks on how you can relieve yourself from this nauseating experience.

First things first – Cut out certain Foods

Certain food items are likely to increase your nausea levels generating a higher urge of vomiting. Therefore, stay away from the following:

  • Dairy Products
  • Fried and Fatty foods
  • Sugary drinks (Soda, Juice)
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine

Add lemon juice/KIWI slices (ANY citrus fruits) into water you drink as they stimulate production saliva by taste buds expelling aftertaste left behind from last meal (which could cause throat irritation) which later helps reducing their acidic component present .
