How to make yourself satisfied?

Satisfaction is a feeling that every human being craves; it’s the sense of accomplishment, fulfillment and pleasure at the end of an activity or task. It’s safe to say that we all wish for satisfaction in our lives, just like how we always want fries with our burger! But sometimes, no matter how hard we try or what we do, satisfaction seems to elude us. And when this happens repeatedly, it can lead to frustration and demotivation.

But not to worry my dear reader because I’m here with some tips on “How To Make Yourself Satisfied” without relying on anyone else.

Understanding What Satisfaction Is

Before we dive into the tips, let’s first understand what satisfaction actually means. Satisfaction is a state of mind where one feels contentment by fulfilling their needs and desires. These needs could be anything ranging from materialistic things like buying a new car or house to more emotional requirements like love or respect.

It’s essential also to know that there are two main types of satisfaction; short term and long term satisfaction.

Short Term Satisfaction

Short-term gratification provides fleeting joy but doesn’t last too long. Examples include eating ice cream after dinner when you already full, going out drinking excessively every weekend etc..

Long Term Satisfaction

Long-term gratification provides lasting happiness based on accomplishing your ideal self-image in life. Achieving long-term goals force you outside your comfort zone while providing personal growth.

Tips On Making Yourself Satisfied

Now comes the most important part – how do you achieve true personal fulfilment? It takes dedication , perseverance , conscious mindfulness ,and understanding yourself each step along the way resulting in continued progress so without further ado below are some tips:

1- Stop Comparing yourself With others
You are unique Just Like every Human being So stop looking at other people ‘s achievements as measurement

Every Night Before Bed, write down ten things you’re grateful for in that Day including seemingly insignificant events. This trains your brain to look for the good when it might be easy to focus on negative moments.

3- LEARN A NEW ABILITY
Is there some skill or hobby you’ve been wanting to pick up? Now is The time! Learning something new gives us a sense of accomplishment and renewed concentration skills.

4- FIND YOUR INNER TED LASSO
It doesn’t matter whether things have gone right or wrong keep putting one foot in front of the other. Focused goals can drive positive outcomes towards what we want out of life.

5- DON’T OVERESTIMATE 9 AM SHOWER
The early morning routine will never go out-of-style but if doing so just means rubbing sleep from our eyes then really finding what sets equal self-care balance no matter the duration.

Our brains are wired to crave novelty so taking small steps like driving via a different route home,accomplishing tasks at different times all give Our brains refreshes engagement outside mundane routines

Making a habit getting fresh air especially after being cooped up with coworkers,family and staring at computer screens all day soon resetting Positive energy patterns into place!

Allow yourself alone-time Whether through sitting quiet meditation or engaging in holistic-virtual classes.Try an online wellness class, find ways to exercise gratitude or set yourself up with setting achievable challenges OR indulging guilt-free ‘me’ time
