  • For concentrate, oral products : Measure dose using a dosing spoon/cup/syringe. Mix with 4 oz. of water or juice and then drink.
  • For cream products : Clean and dry skin, then use a thin layer on area. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth or vagina. Do not bandage unless told by doctor. May make you drowsy or dizzy. Drive with caution. Tell doctor if fainting or faintness occurs. Tell doctor your complete medical history.
  • For tablet products : Take at bedtime on an empty stomach. Makes you sleepy. Use caution driving next day. Avoid alcohol/other drugs that make you sleepy.
