From Uneven to Perfect: Fix Your Eyebrows!

Are your eyebrows looking a little wack? Do they resemble two unruly caterpillars on your forehead? Fear not, my friend, for the solution is here! In this article, we will guide you through some pro tips on how to fix those uneven brows and get them looking on fleek.

The Importance of Eyebrows

Let’s first take a moment to appreciate the power of eyebrows. They frame our face and have the ability to change our entire appearance. A well-groomed brow can make us look more polished and put-together.

Face Shape

But it’s important to understand that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to eyebrow grooming. Different face shapes require different styles of eyebrows. For example:

  • Round faces should aim for highly arched brows
  • Square faces should opt for softer, rounded brows
  • Heart-shaped faces suit straighter brows

Got it? Good.

Getting Started

Before jumping into shaping your brows, let’s discuss some necessary materials:

1) A good pair of tweezers.
2) An eyebrow brush or spoolie (a toothbrush works too).
3) Sharp scissors.
4) Brow pencil/powder/gel (choose what suits you best).
5) Any soothing cream/oil/lotion that helps with redness or irritation after removal.

Now that we’ve got all our tools ready in arms reach let’s move onto shaping!

Find The Start & End Points of Your Brows

The start point of your brow starts from where your nose bridge lines up with but if you’re unsure place a ruler vertically against the edge of nostrils check which line hits between both eyes start points will be parallel to this imaginary line use eyeliner dot as guidance remove hair outside dots Keep arching point practically 2/3 away from start points end point where ruler aligns with the outer corner of your eye.

Determine Your Ideal Arch

Now it’s time to determine the ideal arch for your face shape. Take your spoolie or brush and hold it against the side of your nose, angling upwards towards the middle part of your iris – where colour is most prominent on top. This should mark where the apex (or highest point) of your brow should be.

Tweezing

Once you’ve located all three points: start, arch and end use tweezers to pluck hairs outside this area whilst keeping in mind warnings not to over pluck often less is more when analysing a whisker too closely a steady hand sometimes wins in eyebrow taming!

Further Finishing Touches

Some additional tips worth considering include:

  • When trimming brows with scissors make sure comb through first so only longer hairs are being trimmed use caution please.
  • Pick a shade one lighter than what you currently have us starting lighter works best apply gel/pencil stroke in upward & outward motions while constantly brushing these strokes outwards!

Congratulations! By following these simple steps and investing just bit of time into grooming once a week there’s no need worry about uneven ‘brows no more’… as they say good luck 🙂
