As you might have noticed, this statement only refers to people diagnosed with uncomplicated diviticulia- which makes up around 75% of all DiV afflictions.One should consume whatever fruits vegetables nuts they find themselves fond off but keep an eye out for certain triggers regarding case specific results (more fiber/polyps/concerning pain,prescribed diets from professionals).
