Does aldi sell rubbing alcohol?
Are you looking for rubbing alcohol? Do not fret! In this article, we will answer the question that’s been boggling your mind: does Aldi sell rubbing alcohol? Let’s dive right in and find out!
What is Rubbing Alcohol?
Before delving into whether or not Aldi sells rubbing alcohol, it is important to understand what it actually is. First and foremost, rubbing alcohol is a type of disinfectant that can be used on skin or surfaces. It typically contains 70-90% isopropyl alcohol.
While disinfecting wipes have gained popularity over time, there are still those who prefer using old-school methods like rubbing an area with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol for sterilization .
The Myth About Rubbing Alcohol
There has been talk about the use of Isopropyl Alcohol as a cure for COVID-19 but let me clarify something – this statement holds no truth whatsoever. Using too much of it may cause irritation which thereby reduces immunity abilities against diseases such as corona virus/COVID-19 so please look towards getting vaccinated rather than solely relying on household chemicals.
This myth has caused some people to hoard rubbing alcohol causing these products to become scarce at stores; however, things seem to be back in order now.
Does Aldi Sell Rubbing Alcohol?
Now that we know what exactly we’re looking for, let’s address if Aldi carries this product line.
Sadly folks.. after extensive research efforts I have discovered that ALDI currently does NOT carry any type of Isopropyl /Rubbing Alcohols as far as physical store availability goes although they do provide alternate health care solutions under their Special Buys programs occasionally stocked online &instore ranging from Epsom salts, breath fresheners, supplements etc .
If all else fails why not try some ‘Yankee candles’, whiff the stress y’all!
Alternatives to Rubbing Alcohol
Don’t get disheartened yet! There are other ways you can achieve similar results as rubbing alcohol. One such alternative is hydrogen peroxide. This is a colorless liquid that acts as an antiseptic and disinfectant, much like rubbing alcohol.
Another alternative is vinegar, which has antimicrobial properties that make it useful for cleaning surfaces around the house. It may not be as potent as rubbing alcohol but works just fine in a pinch of desperate needs.
Baking soda combined with soap makes another decent option providing satisfying anti-fungal & deodorizing advantages w/o hazardous side effects.Cleaning without unnecessary toxicity or irritating chemical burns!
Conclusion
In conclusion, while Aldi doesn’t carry Isopropyl/Rubbing Alcohols in-store physical availability ; there are alternatives out there to consider . Stick your head into their Special Buys programs at least once a week &you’d be treading towards finding better substitutes for all needs along with special discounts on selected products ,yet if you really want some Chuck Norris strength sterilization options don’t forget about Bacardi 151 😉
Don’t forget to maintain social distancing guidelines when stepping out.stay healthy folks!
