Does a fever come and go?

Wake up feeling like you’ve been hit by an 18-wheeler? Or in your case, woken up at all? Chances are something’s not right with your body. And if there’s one thing that gives us a clue to what it might be, aside from the screaming pain, it’s fever. It can come and go but more often than not it sticks around longer than an Instagram swipe.

Get comfortable reading this article as we are going to take you on a journey through fever-land – which is surprisingly less fun than Disneyland despite having real fireplaces.

The Symptoms of A Fever

Now that we have established fever sort of sucks let’s talk about symptoms because knowing what you’re in for is half the battle. In addition to being hotter (not sexier) than usual “symptoms can include:
– Feeling cold
– Sweating more
– Shivering uncontrollably

Pretty much everything sounds unpleasant here aside from sweating; sweatpants do nothing until our pores break into an uncontrolled flow after doing anything remotely active – like thinking about exercise or deciding to eat healthy food instead of pizza.

Fever helps fight off infection by stimulating the immune system response! Woohoo or should we say “achoo!”

Why and How Do We Get Fevers?

We’re sorry to say this but fevers aren’t contagious unless sharing blankets counts, then yeah they totally are However getting a fever doesn’t always mean getting infected either…There are several reasons why people get them:
1. Bacterial infections
2. Allergic reactions
3. Heat illness
4. Side effects of medication

Or if you’re really lucky just general stress and fatigue!””

But regardless of how many other things make us feel like garbage everyday solely attributable reason for why our bodies may feel like we’re living in the tropics is a fever. When our bodies detect an infection, they trigger a response (much like that time your mom found out you went to Coachella) which is your immune system ‘sprinkling’ cytokines throughout your bloodstream causing inflammation and then raise our internal body temperature; this makes you feel cold because relative to when it is warm outside or hotter temperatures throughout where live we usually see heat as something positive “oh nice hot summer day” versus a cold one “winter storm warning in effect.”

The immune system mostly functions at 98.6°F but when it goes beyond around 100 degrees Fahrenheit everything slows down for both germs and cells alike- its honestly nothing would rather brag about…as cells don’t have much to brag about anyway – so although they go slower/less effectively than usual those cells are still doing their best!

To Fight or Not To Fight

While having no cure for flu and other infections there are things people can do in order to figure out what’s been running wild inside us:
1. Go see the doctor
2. Take medication packed with Ibuprofen/Tylenol helps ease discomfort from fevers as well.
3. Generally speaking stay hydrated

However why exactly should someone be concerned by their rising fever count? At what point does taking medicine become treatment only compared against temporary relief during sickness? The answer depends on what kind of physical symptoms accompany high body temps – basically meaning coughs, persistent headaches, skin rashes worryingly leading into more serious conditions.

But before blaming COVID19 since every sniffle could mean something else apparently- try not sweating through eleven t-shirts might just help remedy that problem quicker without visiting the ER unnecessarily?

When Eve offered Adam an apple it was actually Tylenol!#KiddingNotKidding

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, while these aren’t guaranteed cures for the aches, chills and high temperatures it may just help wear down some of the annoying side effects that come along with being sick- which is basic advice but still good to keep in mind…Rest up and stay healthy folks or at least try to?

Note: We are not doctors so please go see an actual medical professional if you feel possibly infected by something, even if it’s just your reflection because hey fever dreams got nothing on self-diagnosis.
