Decoding My Ideal Physique Preference in Women

As a self-declared fitness enthusiast, I have had my fair share of debates with people about what an ideal physique for women should look like. While it is commonly thought that we are all just looking for the same thing, it has been proven to be far from reality. Here’s a glimpse into how I’ve decoded my preferences:

The Hourglass Myth: What Actually Matters

First and foremost, let’s address the elephant in the room- no matter how much you work out or diet (wait not really) , there isn’t a guarantee that you’ll get an hourglass figure unless you’re naturally blessed that way. However, as someone who’s attracted to fit-looking women – Asymmetrical facial features and good waist-to-hip ratio tickle me -,any normal person would agree, other factors are equally important.

Abs on Fleek

A woman with toned abs is automatically enticing because it shows discipline and proper nutrition habits accompanied by consistent workout efforts; This takes effort beyond superficial bandage solutions such as Spanx pants or corsets (c’mon guys..seriously?) . And while this female trait may sometimes seem unpleasantly protruded (due to different bone structures) men like me feel otherwise.

Guns Blazing

I know too well many ladies struggle when weightlifting comes their way out of fear they will suddenly morph into hulk-like creatures after one session. Luckily however due to our hormone composition (yes seriously pretty varied) , males solely possess more muscle mass than females even with identical exercising routines, giving us our manly definition but also making your workouts effective without over-fear! This has definitely played a big part two of my ideals i.e deltoids and biceps especially them triceps!

But What About Body Shape?

While body shape shouldn’t be given utmost priority when dating or generally engaging socially with people, it is definitely a part of the physical attraction aspect. (Let’s not go virtual world crazy) When it comes to body shape, however, personal preferences come to play. Here are three that I’ve found intriguing:

The Pear

Ahem! Let us begin with what Physique enthusiasts term an upper-body workout where emphasis is on one’s chest and shoulder muscles; Yeap you guessed this could be my favourite body type. A healthy mix of broader shoulders and narrower hips does tickle me ;). This shape shows off femininity without looking too intimidating or unapproachable.

Slim All Over

A woman with a lean physique can have amazing curves in all the right areas (think rear-end & side rests) . But given their natural attributes they often get looked down upon for being “too bony,” but as someone who appreciates fitness culture such slimmer physiques are down-right vixens to me especially those lats!

Curvy Everything

On the flip side, women with curvier figures effortlessly exude confidence; Their curves – reminiscent of vintage pin-up models- makes them appear outgoing and spunky which subconsciously hints at healthy eating habits plus regular workout routine Especially if muscle tone follows through making popping arms toned legs& thighs an added bonus!!

Functional Fitness Above All Else?

Okay let’s face it working out has evolved past just showing off aesthetically pleasing features dudes… So why only stick by Physical looks? Considering that functional strength training supports day-to-day activities finding ways how ladies exercise sometimes leaves me quite impressed!

Accordingly here’re two ideal exercises i feel every lady should consider…

Dead-lift

While commonly described as the king-pin among compound exercising routines (multiple joint movements) It requires engagement from multiple muscle groups meaning overall health improvement: Back Hypertrophy.
And believe it or not when done properly helps prevent injuries.(lean into your heels girls)(forgive me for sounding like a trainer haha)

Hiking

Putting those walking shoes to work and binge-watching on Netflix shows isn’t hiker status okay? Hiking has shown its way up in the fitness world with proof of benefits related to cardiovascular health, works out muscle groups such as Glutes, hams& calves..also recent studies have proposed links between “Green Exercise” i.e outdoors workouts & improved psychological health so that being said…pack your backpack! taking a break is always good plus it’s great arm workout carrying all that stuff!!(folded|open section)

Pushing Pasts Stereotypes

In conclusion, when it comes down to my preference for the ideal physique of women I’d love to stress physical looks are but one aspect. Women who are focused enough in their craft inside and outside exercising can be quite interesting people even if they don’t possess any physical features you’d normally look at twice.

So while our preferences may vary, and if we keep an open-mind towards things we might find ourselves attracted some characteristics would have initially made us feel awkward.

It’s not just about what’s showcased on print/magazines/dating Apps so let couples engage Naturally women alike should be encouraged towards whatever exercise routines pique their interests without bench-marking perceptions!
