The biggest problem with identifying what made us sick initially is often timing, since symptoms can show up anywhere from hours to several days later ().. But hey – at least now we’re better equipped than ever thanks work done by epidemiologists studying patterns of infections across communities! There are certain categories of foods known for causing these issues:

Meat/Dairy: Bacteria thrive amidst animal products especially when not handled properly during preparation().

Raw Produce : Fruits and vegetables can carry harmful contaminants like E.Coli or Salmonella(two bacteria names I never want play host me)().

Eggs/Fish/Chicken: Raw or undercooked poultry and fish can contain bacteria().

Sprouts(mung bean sprouts, alfalfa, bean sprouts): Highly susceptible to growing bacteria, these are a pain in the back if they find themselves in your dish().

Most food establishments have codes requirement that all kitchen staff must follow. However this is not exhaustive and issues will still exist where you least expect them.

What Can You Do to Prevent Food Poisoning?
