The Memorial Union Terrace is a well known and popular hang out on summer evenings. For any band it is a great opportunity to show off in front of a captive audience. This summer appears to afford more opportunities than usual for local bands hoping to win over some new fans.

A new feature on the Terrace this summer is the Onion AV Club's Area Band Tuesdays. Madion's AV Club editor Scott Gordon has put together a curious and diverse line-up for the summer evenings.
