WisconsinWatch: Supreme Court Justice Prosser allegedly grabbed female justice by neck
Post by Jesse Russell on 6/25/2011 10:12am
Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser's temper is well documented. In March, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that last year Prosser called Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson a "bitch" and threatened to "destroy" her. Prosser admitted he had made the comments and suggested it was an isolated incident of getting hot under the robe.
While serving time as a Representative for Appleton, Prosser had a number of documented incidents where he threw temper tantrums on the floor of the People's House. In one case Prosser resorted to "pounding the podium and screaming at other representatives, because a film crew was there documenting debate on a health care bill."
This morning the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism is reporting that Prosser "allegedly grabbed fellow Justice Ann Walsh Bradley around the neck in an argument in her chambers last week."
Article author Bill Lueders said he was informed by "three knowledgeable sources." So far, no one directly involved with the allegations has been willing to comment on the record. Read the entire piece here.
Update 6/26: Justice Bradley has released a statement confirming the choking incident.

People don't make other people abuse them. Blaming the victim is just more abuse.
He abuses them. He blames them. Then he says to the world it is easy to push my self explode button.
Justice Bradley needs to

Justice Bradley needs to resign. Why would she raise her fists at another judge. Why would she charge after another judge.

Who is saying that Bradley "attacked" Prosser? Would that be Annette Ziegler? Or was is Michael Gableman?

It should be noted that whilst ordering papers for sale at paper writing service, you can get unkind attitude. In case you feel that the bureau is trying to cheat you, don't buy term paper from it. Overall Body
Even if the version of events

Even if the version of events that Bradley charged at Prosser with raised fists were true, it still does not excuse Prosser's behavior. A choke hold is an aggressive move, not a merely defensive one. Even if the other version of events were true and we are calling for resignations, Prosser is not in the clear.
