Madison police officials say they are not looking for a suspect and that they believe there is no risk to neighbors after an adult male and a juvenile were found with gunshot wounds this morning on the city's Far West Side.

Police officers on the scene said at least one person had died, but police department spokesman Joel DeSpain said at 11 a.m. that he could not confirm a death. He called both injuries life-threatening.

Police have a wide perimeter set up and apparently investigating a black Jeep parked nearby the Haen Family Park.
