It was part of the press release and discussed in the video. This is the quote from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. As far as I know this hasn't helped Madison yet, although the Lt. Governor did have a press conference scheduled at Raven Software in Middleton a couple of weeks ago that was canceled at the last minute.
