I recently moved from Cingular monthly to its PayGo plan. I recently put $15 and my phone stopped working the other day. It said I had no money in my account. I moved to PayGo because I use my phone so irregularly.
After dealing with another frickin computer for 1/2 hour, the reason I left AT&T, I took the phone apart and threw it in the trash.
Quite a screwed up world when he make a conscious consumer choice and we get screwed in the end anyway.
