That right there is why I'd gladly go to a more expensive theater. I love movies, but I hate the stream of disruptions that many other people provide. Anyone who pays twelve bucks to go see a movie is probably serious about it.
That said, this is a lot less necessary for the type of movies showing at Sundance than you'd see at a multiplex. I like both art house films and some mass market schlock, and the latter is what really suffers from rude neighbors in the theater.
