* TCT: Hundreds of marchers will rally today in Madison to give support to immigrant and workers' rights.

* WISC: Police Search For Suspects In West Washington Shooting

* TCT: Construction of $4 million University Square sportsplex project on hold?

* MJS: The producers of "Public Enemies" have been granted a permit to shoot on the state Capitol grounds later this week, which includes the ability to create a "smoke-filled" room.

* WKOW: Some UW students are upset by a new rule limiting the amount of noise at this weekend's Mifflin Street block party.

* BH: Members of the Madison Library Board will consider a Madison developer’s proposal today to replace the Madison Public Library on the 200 block of Mifflin Street with a new building.

* WISC: Graffiti Increases In Madison, Monona; City Leaders Say They're Aware Of Problem

* WSJ: Since Madison formalized its resident-driven effort to "calm" traffic without the need for a stop sign or a police officer's ticket, the city has installed hundreds of speed humps, traffic islands, traffic circles and bump outs — at a cost of more than $1 million.

* Badger Blue: A more illuminating explanation — “over the last decade Madison, responding to requests from residents and neighborhoods, has added traffic circles to some roads, at an average annual cost of ‘over’ 43 cents per resident” — just doesn’t have the same punch
